Our Policies

At Halisi Day Spa & Salon we are always open to your suggestions. It is our goal to exceed your expectations!
Scheduling: You are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow for changing. To ensure that you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend that you reserve your next service before you leave. We'll arrange everything!

Payment / Returns / Pricing:

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, and Gift Certificates. We are unable to accept personal checks. All product returns within 30 days receive store credit, if opened. If unopened, a full refund will be provided. All prices are subject to change.

Reservations/Cancellations:

We require either a credit card or a gift certificate to secure all appointments. Our policy is that you provide 24 hours of notice for cancellation.
Clients who provide less that 24 hours notice or who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. Gift certificates will be forfeited if clients fail to provide 24 hours of cancellation notice. Group events require 3 days notice of cancellation. Please refer to the group event section for more information.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates:

For your protection:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Children under 16 who are not having a service are not permitted in the spa at any time.
